Steve Easley is an internationally recognized construction consultant who specializes in solving building science related problems and helping builders reduce their construction defects and call back costs. Steve provides program design, technical consulting and quality assurance for contractors, utilities, government and trade associations. Steve is a spokesperson for the California Energy Commissions "On Line" Internet Video Training Series. In addition to consulting and has given over 700 building science seminars to building professionals from Australia to Florida on such topics as solving water/moisture and mold related problems, heating ventilation and air conditioning, indoor air quality, understanding high performance window technologies, air infiltration control, and energy efficient technologies to name a few. Steve has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, and was a Professor of Building Construction and Contracting with tenure at Purdue University for 10 years before moving to California. Steve is often a featured speaker at conferences because of his extensive field experience and practical approach solving problems and providing education within the industry.
